Service Terms

These Service Terms govern all diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and installations performed by TWH PRO's. By authorizing service at your property, you agree to these operational terms and conditions.

Our Services

• We provide diagnostic testing, component replacement, descaling, and installation for residential and commercial tankless water heaters.
• All repairs are performed using original manufacturer parts or approved high-grade equivalents conforming to applicable mechanical codes.
• Technicians require clear and safe physical access to the water heating unit, gas shutoffs, electrical panels, and water supply valves.
• Any pre-existing plumbing, venting, or gas piping code violations discovered on site must be corrected to ensure safe operation.

Payment Terms

• Diagnostic fees are presented prior to technician dispatch and are due upon completion of the initial system assessment.
• Itemized repair quotes must be approved in writing before any part installations or core modifications begin.
• Full payment is due upon substantial completion of the authorized repair, replacement, or maintenance service.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, certified checks, and approved electronic payment methods.

Liability Limits

TWH PRO's maintains full commercial liability and worker compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific repair service performed, excluding pre-existing plumbing leaks, unpermitted building modifications, or structural water damage occurring prior to our arrival.
